    hello everyone

    this is Sarah from Pakistan. i have just joined this group nd i am so glad to see so many people who r struggling here nd winning nd it gives me hope that i too shall win!!!

    Hi Sarah. Welcome. I have more or less been in the low carb lifestyle for four years and can honestly say I feel the most healthy when I am low carbing it. I have also kept off 55 pounds and am now working on the next 60 or so. I am a few time zones ahead of you in China.
