hi i'm vicky i'm 39 and currently weigh 210lbs. i'm sick of trying low fat low cal diets and feeling bloated and sluggish. i started atkins on monday and already people are saying it's no good for me, i don't care i'm going to stick to it i like fish meat eggs cheese and especially chicken more than cakes and pastries so hope this will work for me!! i'm fourty next march and want to be feeling fit and fabulous so any support and encouragement welcome
