  • Hi everyone!

    HI, I am am absolutly new to this Atkins thing. I am currently 177lbs and would like to get back to 145lbs. I am a single mother of 3 and is currently working as a Realtor. I reside in Mississippi and I just can't wait to lose this weight.

    Welcome aboard!
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

          Have you read the book? We use the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution here. It explains fully how and why the diet works so it's a great motivator.
