  • I'm new here. :)

    Hi everyone! I just joined today and I am very excited! I also started my diet (again) today. I am being hard core about it... NO CHEATING!!!

    I have dieted using atkins before and been successful but never gotten down to my ideal weight of 145. I am 5' 7" and I feel like 145 would be a good and healthy weight for me. I weigh 170 right now. I once weighed almost 200! Slowly but surely I am trying to get it off... I am at the last little home stretch and I just want to hurry up and get it off!!!

    If anyone has any suggestions or tips... PLEASSEE let me know! All comments and suggestions are extremely welcome.

    Welcome to ADBB. Great that you have kept your weight down.
    Well my biggest and best advise is always: Follow the rules. Do a super clean induction.

      Welcome to the board, Hannah!

      Just drink lots of water, eat your veggies, get some exercise and don't forget to read the book! We use the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution and it's the best motivator I know!
