    Oh hai!

    (Sorry, couldn't resist and I promise I won't ever do it again ..... Maybe.)

    Anyway, hi!

    I was asked to introduce myself so here goes.

    Please call me eri. That isn't my name but I like the way it sounds. I'm not really new to the Atkin's WOE but I really do need some support and this seemed like a good place to get it.

    28 yrs old/female/5'4"

    SW: 285 lbs August 2007 (started reading Atkin's Diet Revolution)

    I think I started the induction in October and by December I'd gotten down to 255 lbs but a friend convinced me to try being vegan because she was horrified by the meat industry. My lowest weight last summer was 238 lbs but I got really sick from the vegan diet and just gave up on dieting altogether .... Sort of.

    I ended up reverting to my old ways of binging/purging (I was bulimic in high school) and gained some weight back. I am tired of being sick though. I know I can loose weight and be healthy if I follow Dr Atkin's advice so I'm ready to start over.

    CW: 252 lbs May 2009

    I am meeting someone very special in December and would sooooo love to be below 200 lbs by then. He's already seen me and he thinks I'm beautiful but yeah, if you're a girl you know how this is. Eventually I want to be at the healthy weight I was in high school before I became bulimic and started destroying my body.

    GW: 135 - 140 lbs

    I'm not diabetic, yet but I do have back problems because I have an apple body and so most of my excess weight is around my torso. I don't drive a car so I already do a lot of walking and now that summer is here I'm going to be swimming as well.

    I've been haunting these forums for awhile now and I love how everyone seems so supportive and kind. So yeah, thats me. Hi!

    Hi Eri! Welcome aboard and enjoy your stay.
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

      Good luck on your journey and stay focus alot of holidays will be here before Dec. so try to work those dinners around your diet. Sorry not diet but your new way of living. Keep intouch I want to know about your progress. I believe you can do it.
