    Here I am! Again :-(

    Hey guys Franklin here. piled on a whopping 20 pounds! So I am back. I'd love any encouragment you can give. I lost a total of 55 pounds, so I know I can lose this but the first week is killer

    I'm on day two
    42 yr old Male

    175 Start Weight (CW 220.5)
    First day of induction July 9

    165 Mini Goal #1: hoped for by July 22
    160 Goal #2: hoped for by July 30
