I needa to lose a LOT of weight to feel comfortable again. I lost 100 lbs with Atkins before and gained most of it back. 272 lbs. Was down to 200. 200 seems like a lot but it's what i look best at. I am frustrated with the induction phase... I hate the same food over and over, but with our lifestyle, we don't have a ton of time to cook. So, if anyone could give some advice on fast recipes, it would be greatly appreciated!!Sarah
