Well, I am going to try this one more time.
I have started atkins numerous times with a little success, 10 lbs usually for induction...and then for some reason about the third week in I have a major binge and quit.
I am not going to quit this time!
One thing that has helped me out is a quote I saw on this forum! It said something to the effect of "what do I want more, a donut or to be thin?"
The only problem is when my carb craving tells me "thin is overrated, eat the donut!" hahaha
