Heya.. started the diet on Sunday... I had success a few years ago with kind of a modified Atkins.. I didnt read the book or look online for anything... I lost quite a bit of weight.. but put it all back on and a crapload more.. I got the book and am reading it here and there and have been using guides on this forum.. I would put my weight down.. but.. its kind of why I am on the diet again.. My scale only goes to 340 and my wife made me stand on it to prove how big I have gotten.. I was stunned and ashamed to see that I was too heavy to be weighed! So I will say I am 6'3 and I am guessing around 350 or so... never been this big before.. I am a father of a 15 month old now.. I need to do this for him..I am sure this forum will help me reach my primary goal of 250 and then hopefully I can get down to like 220 or so.. but focusing on 250 first...Sorry if I rambled!
