    Hello, I am new here. Today was my first full day. I am excited, a little scared of failing (again). But mostly I am ready to change...time for an overhaul!! Looking for encouragement & inspiration to not give up. I have a killer sweet tooth which has always been my downfall.

    Hi Welcome! If you crave sweets, the best way to kill the craving is to avoid sweets altogether - no splenda etc.
