  • Oi oi from the UK!

    Hey everyone,

I lost around 3 stone on the atkins about 5 years ago but it's all gone back on now so I've decided to get back into it again. I had to register on this board because not only does it seem like a great community but I found this incredible recipe for eggnog breakfast shake which is just mind blowingly good! It has got to be the hidden gem of the atkins diet. Genius.

Been on the induction for about a week now but I don't weigh myself, I just go by how tight my trousers are Looking forward to that morning skinny feeling again!

    Ciao for now.

    Welcome to the board, benj!

I'm glad you decided to join and to get back on Atkins. You already know what a great diet it is!

I haven't tried the eggnog shake but I'm going to take a look at it. Thanks for the link!

I couldn't believe how good the egg drink was either. I've had one a couple times a week for months now and am still loving them.
