    Hi all,

    I'm new to Atkins and at the end of day one of the induction phase. Going well so far, apart from a headache....!

    Just one question, can I have curry paste?

    Curry paste should be fine. Have a check of the ingredients to make sure there is not sugar and starches there. Count the carbs towards your total.

          Just check the paste ingredients to make sure there is nothing hidden in there. I definitely need the spicy jolt of curry and chilies to keep my meats interesting when on induction. I also like cilantro to pump up the flavors too. Once you get to Rung two, tandoori is another taste treat.
