HI there! new to the site, but not to atkins...

Hi Everyone! Just joined the site, as I'm doing atkins again for the 3rd time... LOL Here's my story: I got in a bad car accident years ago... couldn't really do a whole lot. Gained a bit of weight... I started atkins with a doctor friend of mine and ended up losing 51 pounds in 5 months. Then, 2 weeks later, I find out I'm pregnant! I had gained 70 pounds with my daughter, but lost all 70 pounds in 1 year! Just to find out I was pregnant again (this was planned, as opposed to our first pregnancy) so I go ahead and gain 70 more pounds with my son! 4 years later, and I haven't lost it still... So this is round 3 for me on atkins. YAY!

Well, you've come to the right place for motivation and support.

Have you checked out the STAC (Second Time Around Club) forum yet? It's for folks who are on their second, third, etc., attempt at Atkins, and is a great place. Lots of wonderful folks who are in the same boat, and know what it's like. Check it out, if you haven't yet. You look great in your before and after shots, what a difference! I have about 70 pounds to lose (all that baby weight. LOL) If i wasn't busy having kids, I'd have kept the weight off LOL I will check out that forum, thanks!
