    Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tia and I'm from Virginia. I weighed 310 when I started on May 7, 2009 and haven't weighed myself since. My motivation to lose weight is to be able to ride the amusement park rides with my daughter. I'm a stress eatter and being on atkins allows me to snack which is working out for me so far. My only challenge is figuring out how to add the ticker to my profile!!! I wish everyone luck and feel free to throw some my way.

    You will see results in your weight lost on atkins, stay strong always plan your meals. Weigh yourself at least once a week. Don't get discourage if you stall the weight will come off. GOOD LUCK.

      Thanks for the support. I weighed myself today and I'm 303. Today is my 14th day on induction and I've only lost 7 pounds. I want to increase my exercise but I'm always so tired. I take my supplements but all I want to do is sleep. I want to do a 30 day induction but my energy level may not allow it. Any suggestions?
