    Hello.. need support

Hi, my name is Vanessa and I'm 5'2" and weight 178lbs. I would like to lose 30 lbs and decide to start with The Atkin Diet. I have read and seen wonderful results. I tend to start a diet and never finish with support I think I will be able to reach my goal. If anyone want to start together that will be great. Thanks

    Re: Hello.. need support

    Hi, Vanessa

    Welcome to the ADBB community.

Yes, support is VERY important! And if you explore all that the board has to offer, and post often, I am sure that you will receive (and offer!) lots of it. Check out this link, and start exploring: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-new-read.html

There are lots of great links there - you can start a Journal Chat, join some challenges, and chat about cooking. Something for everyone!

    Best wishes to you!
