    Hi everyone, my name is Norman.

    I started the induction and exercising about 3 weels ago.

    I currently weigh 239 lb, am 72 inches tall.

    My bodyfat is around 22% and my lean body mass is ~ 187lb.

    My goal is to reach anywhere from 9-12% bodyfat.

    Wish me luck!

      Thanks Blueberrylady! Bet you feel great. I was always kind of skeptical about ketogenic diets but after two weeks or so, I feel great.

      My strength gains have been enormous.

      I don't go for the BMI thing, but I do use calipers for bodyfat measurments since I tend to be somewhat muscular. I just adjust the ball park calories daily and measure my gains. It gives me good feedback.

      I'm considering going in for blood tests to see what my levels of free testosterone and growth hormone are at this stage of the game. I'm pretty sure that this diet enhances the anti-aromatase enzyme also.

        Atkins isn't a strict ketogenic diet but a modified one so there is more variety on it which makes it easier to stick to.

        Going for blood work is always a good idea because it helps to see what effect the diet is having.

        I'm glad that you're doing well and liking the results. Keep up the good work!
