Hi all,

My names Kayleigh i'm 18 years of age and started the atkins diet 8 days ago. I'm currently a size 14UK and would love to be size 10UK. I'm going on holiday in 3 weeks and desperately want to loose a stone by the time i go away and just wondered if you could give me any advice??

First off, welcome to Atkins...and this place makes it fun as well as rewarding. As for advice, stick to induction just as it's written out and make sure you get all your fats and water in each day. If you're able to stick to that, you should be dropping pounds like crazy.
