2nd time around (but the 1st was awhile ago)
After my first baby I went on Atkins to lose the baby weight and boy did I look good!
2 babies later and 4 adoption (7 kids in all)... I am ready for sexy back! I do not have a ton to lose, but I have been struggling got 2 years (since the birth of my youngest) to get it off for good. I am started at 165, am now at 158, and I want to be 135 by my 30th birthday in December! Losing 30 by 30!
I started last Wednesday and today is Tuesday and I have lost 8 lbs. I have dropped a pants size. And I feel like I am looking pretty darn good already! My only cheat has been 3 caffinated sodas this last week. With 7 kids, there was just 3 times I needed some pep to get me through the rest of the day. Feel free to tell me to cut that out if you think that is going to mess up my weight loss. I am really committed to this!
The problem is, I am opening an ice cream shop and we should be up and running by the middle of next month. I am going to be drowning in carbs. I have to taste my product. But that is where I will stop, a taste, for quality assurance. And then I shall do my best to resist. I know... this is going to suck! But I need my sexy back!
