I am new here my name is Barbara I am on day 15 of the atkins diet, I started out at 178, yesterday I weighted in at 171.5. I am doing owl now. I have not been getting all of my water in but I realize how important it is so I AM going to do better. I am going to increase my workouts this week. I enjoy using the ellipitical and Jillian Michaels workout dvds.
I love this new way of eatting.
