Hello Everyone, my name is jessie and I am 18 years old. I have been overweight for more than half of my life and this summer I think I want to change that. I have attempted the atkins diet before, but on the second day I always seem to fail because I am never motivated enought to do it. This summer, I am seriously motivated to lose weight. I weigh.... 195 pounds, my all time high, and wish to get down to 140 pounds in only........ 2 1/2 months!!!!! I believe in myself to accomplish this goal, and I have a few tools that I know will help me do it. I go on a hike everyday that is 1 hour and 15 minutes long, and I swim laps for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the same day as well. The only reason I never lose weight is because of my eating. I CAN EAT ANYTHING ANY WHERE AT ANY TIME AND EVEN IF I AM FULL,,,,, I EAT EAT EAT!!!!!!!!!!!
But that is going to change, I want to change.
