  • off to a bad start.........kinda

    hey guys after trying all the diets and pills known to man i started the atkins 2 days ago.
    first day: half a biscuit and a little soda
    2nd day: rice, macaroni and soda
    3rd day: 100 calorie snack oreo (my sweet tooth was killing me)

    hopefully these dont set me back too much. i'm trying to lose 40 lbs this summer. i want to go from 200 to 160!

    i joined because i need the support. ive struggled with weight all my life and have unsuccessfully been trying to lose weight for a year and a half now. i was recently diagnosed with pcos and realised that carbs were my enemies. i swear even eating good carbs if i didnt exercise 3 times a week for an hour i would easily gain abt 2 lbs a week.

    Hmm, better cut out those carbs if you want to lose that weight. It really does work if you do it by the book.

    Do you have the book? Its pretty important.
