I am a 32 year old single mother of two great children. I work full time and attend online course through Penn State. When I was on atkins before, I lost around 80lbs going from 300lbs to about 220lbs. I maintained that weight for three years until I became pregnant with my daughter. Five years later... I began atkins agina back in January because I was simply uncomfortable with who I had become. My begining weight this time was 326, I have since lost 40lbs and am down to 286lbs! I am very excited about the loss but have not been able to loose any additional weight in the past two weeks. I have not increased the amount of carbs I am eating, nor have I decreased the amount of activity I do. If anyone have any suggestions/comments please let me know!

congratulations on a wonderful amount of weight gone!! I agree you could be pausing while your body catches up -- post some of your menus on the Rate my menu area and let them pick it apart to help you!!
