  • Whooohoo! Made it thru Day 2

    Hi All!
Made it thru Day 2 without cheating!
My name is Misty and I live just south of Albuquerque, NM. I had a wake up call at my Doctor's on the 1st so I took her words to heart and decided it was time to lose the extra weight that has been dragging me down both physically and emotionally. I travel with my job and have had terrible eating habits while away from home. Today was the 1st time I've carried my food with me. It worked out well but I am limited with how much and what I can bring. My eating was a bit repetative today but I kept on track.

I was thrilled to find this board. What a great group of people to help keep you motivated!
    Off to bed....

Great job thusfar! You will discover this woe gets to be second-nature after awhile! Just avoid the low-carb products and eat whole foods, lots of meat, eggs, veggies!!
