    Hello. Back after being gone for three years. I started Tuesday and I am so glad that I did. You guys were great support back then and I am happy to be back.

    Hi Sara, welcome back. I joined after you left last time, but I am sure you are going to find that the board still has a caring informed crew to help guide you on your way. Don't forget to check out the STAC (Second Time Around Club) thread since you are a returnee.

          Thanks everyone. Same old story: lost 50 pounds, got sloppy...and a little crazy with the carbs...and here I am. But I am happy to be here.
