Glad to be introducing myself. I've been doing induction for more than 14 days but am wanting to drop more weight. I've lost 13ish pounds and want to keep on going. Seem to put a pound or two back on overnight when I take in more than 20 carbs.
Happy to be on and ready to chat!

Re: Induction
Welcome and congratulations on your weight loss this far!! You will find that when you add veggie carbs (5 additional net carbs on Rung 1 of OWL) you won't gain weight and you will feel more full -- Extended Induction is fine but remember sometime you need to move forward so don't be afraid when that time comes for you!
Drink plenty of water to keep your organs moving and flushing all the nasties out of your system, exercise daily to help tone and loose more weight. Only eat foods on the acceptable food list - no shakes/bars during induction....and you'll do fine!!
Good luck on the rest of your journey! dCarole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

Re: Induction
Hi K, that pound or so is probably water since it appears the next day. Don't sweat it. Its not fat gain. Welcome to ADBB. Sounds like you are off to a great start!
