    I am here once again. I will be checkin in several times a month to update u on my sucess. I plan on trying to lose as much weight as possible for my graduation dec. 09. My goal is 157. Well i have made some progress so far so i have decided to post my sucess. I am starting my induction clean, so i will be posting a two week update. So i'll see you in two weeks.

    I love this board it has brought me much sucess in the past. I have tried all other diets but this is the only one that has worked for me.

    Welcome back! I'm on day 9 and these boards have really helped me stay 'perfect on plan'. Since you've had success in the past, you know it works.

    I probably won't be the first to tell you that you've set a pretty aggressive goal, so want to make sure you don't set yourself up for disappointment.

    You may want to check out the 'second time around club' forums for motivation!

      welcome back -- glad you found your way back to the greatest weight loss plan there is. Stick to the plan as it's written and I wish you much luck.
