    Hi everyone,

    Wish me luck (this isn't my first time doing this). I'm not sure what's going on this time as usually I lose at least 3-4lbs by this point but I'm holding strong ... and increasing my water

    Days Strong (on induction): 8 (June 7, 2009)
    Start Weight: 176
    Current Weight: 175
    Goal Weight: 150

    Sometimes our losses slow down as we get older and/or become repeat dieters. Hang in there and try not to weigh until the 2 weeks are up.

      The last time i did atkins few years back i lost 12lb on induction and was pleased this time around after 2 weeks i lost 7 only happens to us all keep going let your body get used to the new way and hopefully you will be rewarded be sure to count your carbs all the best hope you get your desired results!
