    Hello soon to be skinny people. I've been on induction for about 5 weeks i think & I don't think I'm losing. I haven't been weighing myself because I'm pretty sure I'm still the same and I don't want to upset myself. I have about 80pounds to loose. I haven't been doing heaps of exercise but I have been sticking to the diet diligently and taking all the vitamins and keto sticks are pretty dark. My partner says he can't see any difference. I don't want to give up. I'm getting married in 4 months and I really really want to be skinny!..any advice? !

    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

      Are you still in induction phase?stick to 20 carbs daily you will lose faster and since your getting married in 4 months do some exercise even up and down the stairs 50 times anything to speed it up that will help you.Good luck but i will say its best to weigh at the beginning and during so you can keep track of your journey.

        Have you taken your measurements? Lots of times you are shrinking even though you can't see it. I would suggest you take them now if you didn't at the beginning.

          how much water do you drink daily? If your sticks are dark it usually means you are dehydrated....64 ounces is the minimum water intake recommended daily -- that's pure water, nothing but ice added.

          You should find some sort of exercise you can do and start. It will help your body tone up so you look better on your wedding day....and it will also help with your weight loss.

          I do agree you need to either weigh and take your measurements so you know where you are to begin with and where you are a month from now. Post your menus over on the Rate My Menu area so we can help you figure out what's going on.
