  • Hello

    Hi,

My story is similar to many others. I am tired of being fat, feeling fat, and thinking fat. I have tried Atkins before, but I decided to make low-carb a lifestyle this time.

Will post two weeks from today with my results!

Welcome Warrior and good luck on your Induction, but no need to be a stranger til the two weeks are over.

          Welcome, Ares!

Good for you that you've decided to make Atkins a lifestyle. Did you figure out what caused you to fail before? Knowing that might help you this time around.

Do you know the list of acceptable foods for Induction? Also make sure you drink enough water. You can use FitDay to keep track of everything.

Another suggestion would be to get the support of all your family and friends, as Dr. Atkins advises in DANDR. The more Atkins supporters you have in your life, the better. And who knows, maybe you'll either convince some of them to follow Atkins with you, if they have a weight problem as well.

What exercise routine are you planning to have?

Good luck on your weight loss journey!
