  • Is it Normal?

I just weight myself and I have gained 2 pounds from where I started in the first week of induction.

Miracously! I am not freaking out because my clothes feel losen and I feel slimmer, My friend actually told me that it started to show.

But is ti normal to have these weight changes?
Have a great low carb day!!!

    Re: Is it Normal?

Yes. Thats why we advise not to weigh until the end of the two weeks. Good that you can feel the inches coming off. Some folks don't and then they freak when the scale jumps. Don't worry. Keep at it and stay off the scale if it bothers you. You are doing fine. I actually have a bumpy pattern in my losses from time to time. I usually go down one then pop back up a few days before it comes off again for good.

Weight loss isn't linear. Learning how your body responds let you see the patterns and predict what is going on without frustration.
