Today is my second day on induction and I don't feel bad at all.
I've done my own modified version of low carb many years ago, but always felt hungry, but I haven't experienced that so far.
I read the Atkins Rev. Book and started on my journey yesterday, can't believe how much I can eat and still lose weight.
