Howdy All,
My name is George and I am making a fresh start on atkins. I did atkins about 7 years ago and lost 80 pounds from 286 down to 200. I kept the weight off for over a year, but eventually things fell apart. Now I am back to ground zero... 274 as of abount week ago. I decided it was time to take control back and went on induction. It is now day 8 and I am at 266, dispite going to three birthday parties in the last week. (CAKE!!!). I am tracking everything via fitday dot com and am bring mindful of both calories and carbs. I am one who could eat a 8 ozs of cheese at a time (at 100 calories an ounce wow), so I am trying to really control that as well. Hopefully be gathering all the data, I can figure out something that can stick for life and not just a couple years.
