    Hey everybody, my name is Josh.
    I'm on day 2 of induction and I'm really glad I've found this site. Just reading other peoples success stories helps my cravings that I'm having right now.

    Biggest cravings so far are chocolate and mountain dew (I used to drink 1.5L a day!).

    Also, My starting weight is 210 and my goal is 185.

        Hang in there. A couple of days and the cravings will be gone. Then you will start to feel energized.

          Hi and welcome -- you don't have much to loose to as soon as you get through induction go into the Rungs and start adding foods back so your body will re-adjust to them by the time you go into maintenance. Good luck.
