  • 2nd Time Around

    I am on the go all the time. I work full time, in school 4 days a week, just a month shy of completing my degree, author, not to mention I have a family to take care of as well. I am so busy being caught up in caring for my family and the needs of others that I forget to take care of me at times. I have done Atkins before and was very successful in losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I am here because I need just a little more motivation to do it again. My goal is to lose at least 15 pounds total within the next month or so. I will be turning 40 in less than a month and marrying for the second time in September. I need that extra push to get me there.....I want to be fit and fabulous at 40!!! Not to mention look great walking down the aisle in my wedding gown.....

    Final Goal 9/26 (140)

    Welcome back to Atkins workitout, and to the board.
    Kudos to you for getting back on track. You did it before, so I'm sure you'll do it again... and yes, I bet you will look terrific walking down the aisle!

      Welcome Workit! Nothing like a big birthday to get those goals lined up. You have some great incentives for sticking to this. If you do it clean and true you will succeed.

        hi and welcome -- just remember if you don't have much to loose it will be a slower process - but follow the plan as it is written, don't cheat and you'll have the weight gone before you know it. Good luck.
