My introduction to induction

Hello all. I am going to lose these unwanted 35 pounds!!!
That me attempting a positive attitude.

Was happy to have found this board, knowing somebody else is going through the same always helps.

hi and welcome -- glad you found us. This is a wonderful place for support - post often, join some challenges and hopefully you'll meet people with the same interests as you (other than loosing weight).

Check the stickies (information posts) at the top of this page Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet for additional information to get yourself started.

Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water daily (nothing added - just water) exercise starting today and take a good supplement daily. Don't cheat the plan - it was written specifically to help us loose weight, there are no shortcuts to get to your goal, it will take time and work - good luck!!

Check the recipe sites also - they are very helpful and will help make your meals so much more enjoyable.

Welcome. You aren't alone here Enola. I think the support and information and the occasional kick in the butt are what keep me going a lot of the time. Glad you found your way here.
