hi and welcome back need 2 --since you've done Atkins before you might want to check the STAC area (Second Time Around Club) - they give each other extra support to keep on track.

Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water daily (nothing added - just water) - exercise starting today and take a good supplement daily. Don't cheat yourself or the plan - it was written specifically to help us loose weight, there are no shortcuts to get to your goal, it will take time and work - good luck!! We follow the 2002 edition of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) - get a copy to give yourself the edge to win your weight loss fight.
Check the recipe sites also - they are very helpful and will help make your meals so much more enjoyable.
