I am new here..Just wanted to introduce myself. I used to do Atkins a year ago. I lost 20lbs in two weeks and fell off the train after that. Well, I just had a baby and luckily I lost all but a few pounds of the 30 that I gained while pregnant. But, I want to go further, because before becoming pregnant, I gained back about 10 pounds of what I lost while on Atkins. My husband and I started going to the gym this past Saturday. I went Sunday also, and am going again tonight. I am looking forward to going back on Atkins and making sure I stay on the train.
