I've only joined this wonderful site today, but I've peeped in since June 2nd when I began Atkins. Thx for a really cool site of hope & inspiration. I began the Induction Phase on June 2nd and I found it so simple that I'm not even tempted to cheat yet I've only lost 15 lbs. What am Idoing wrong? I workout 6 days a week for no less than 2 hours per visit...yesterday i took 2 spin classes (back 2 back). Some of you seem to lose a lb a day....what is a normal expected weight loss (daily, weekly, monthly)?
