    That sounds good.
Have you tried FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Many of us like it as a way to see how we do with our fat intake and carb intake.

Good for you! I think you will see a noticeable once you start following the good doctor's program instead of the corporate one.

Before I had my son I did atkins. For exercise I walked everymorning for an hour and did kickboxing. Kickboxing is an awesome total body workout try it! I recommend Billy Blanks boot camp or Shelly Macdonna Caribean Cruise boxing workouts! Also Sharon Mann is awesome. You could also try step aerobics. It's hard when you put so much into it and don't see the results trust me I know, but stick in there. This time I'm gonna make it! You can too

Glad you ordered the book! It really explains how to do this right (the way Dr. Atkins intended!). If you check out the sticky posts at the top of the forums, that should get you on your way to doing DANDR 2002 . Best of luck (and willpower!) to you

              Re: New and feeling down...

Thank you for the info on the shakes and bars. I fell for that trap too! I have been having both shakes and bars. I have lost 9.5lb in 2 weeks but I had hoped for much better since I am very overweight.

What types of foods do you consume on induction for fat? I think my fats are too low as well and protein too high. Thank you all for your help. I have about 110 lbs to lose so I need all the motivation I can get. I plan on staying on induction for awhile.

I add oils, mayo, butter if the fats get low.
Use some cream cheese for snacks (I like a cream cheese, pumpkin mixture - but there is a limit on cheese so has to be careful with it)
Eggs with mayo is a good snack. Devilled eggs are good. Or avocado (limit 1/2) or olives (limit 20).
