  • Hello, another newbie here (:

    Hello everyone!
My name is Holly, I'm 4 days in and 4lbs down on a pretty clean induction, just need to work on a bit more exercise at the moment.

I first found out about Atkins from my Aunt who swears by it, and I finally got up the courage and belief thanks to lurking in this forum for a week or two, to get myself going!

I'm drinking between 4-8 pints of water a day (from what I've read, the more the better...within reason, right?) and I haven't had any cravings for potato chips thanks to the occasional bag of pork scratchings. I love the liberal amounts of food and deliciousness on this diet, and all of your success stories are such a great inspiration!

So if anyone has any food tips or handy at-home exercises they could pass onto a newbie it'd be much appreatiated! I'm off to enter July's water challenge, thanks for all the motivation so far guys!

    Goals:

100oz water per day for the July challenge.
    First weight goal: 182lbs/13st

Youtube has some good exercise ideas for "at home". Can you get a pilates DVD? I find it really enjoyable and can be done at home
