  • Any advice is welcome...

Hi, I'm starting induction today and was wondering if anybody had any tips to successfully completing the two weeks. I've been on countless diets multiple times and always seem to fall of the wagon. Does anybody have any tips or advice to help me stay on track? I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Jess

No tips, no tricks. The bottom line is you have to really have your head into doing something seriously and commit yourself to two clean weeks, no excuses.

    HW 298
    HW (this time) 248
    GOAL ONE 228
    (take 2)
    GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)
    GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
    FINAL GOAL 165

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

What Jill said, plus consider avoiding all sweets, including splenda. Sweet tastes make some of us crave sweets.

I was a big coffee monster - I gave it up entirely over the first 2 weeks and drank plain herbal tea (& a TON of water) instead. Its about changing habits & tastes.

Also, check out Linda's recipe site - one or two of these a week make this WOE seem a little more "normal" IMO.

Once you get the first 14 days in cheat-free, you won't want to wreck your successes by cheating...it only gets easier...buckle down & promise yourself that you'll do 2 little weeks.

You're both 100% correct! I'm going to start writing down what I eat so I can be "accountable" for my choices. I'm really excited! I've seen so many success stories on here, I can't wait to be one of them!
