    Hi Via and welcome. Sorry, I am hopeless at explaining tickers, but someone who can will come along to rescue you, I am sure.

          You have to make your ticker and paste it on your signature under User CP.

            I imported my ticker from another site but if you look at the blue header with "Portal", "Forum", etc. you will see one marked "Ticker" click on that and you should be able to create your own to add to your signature.

                      Go to the User CP tab (CP = Control Panel) and click on "Edit My Signature". Then you can paste.



                      Mini goal #1 - 196 - 10% of the old me gone Met 6/30/09!!!
                      Mini goal #2 - 185 - BMI - no longer obese Met 12/23/09!!!
                      Mini goal #3 - 174 - 20% of the old me gone
                      Mini goal #4 - 154 - BMI no longer overweight

                          copy the UBBcode or BBCode and paste in the BIG BOX at top of page (if you're like me, the one that looks like a message box)
