Hello Everyone ~ My name is Cindi & I just wanted to take a monent to introduce myself here on your Atkins Forum!!!

I've been on the Program since 1/1/09 & now on OWL Rung#6, loosing 35 pounds to date.

I hope to meet some new friends here along with getting & giving sharing info on the program!!!

hi and welcome Cindi -- congrats on your loss so far. By now you probably know as much about the plan as most of us do who have been at it since January. Check the recipe sites and don't forget to drink your water.
