    Hi everyone,

    I've been lurking on this site for the past couple weeks. I really had no intention of becoming a member. I just liked reading the posts and looking at the before and after pictures. They helped to keep me motivated. This morning, though, when I saw that I'd already lost twenty pounds, I needed to come on and thank you guys. I haven't cheated once, and the pounds are just falling off.

    I know that it won't always be this easy, but boy am I excited.

      Actually it is that easy.The key is keeping the carbs low.You keep them below where hunger starts being an issue, the wt will come off consistently.Try to up the carbs where hunger comes back, then it is very easy to regress, and then quit.Everyones carb intake level where hunger returns is different.Mine is under 20 gms a day.Wish it was higher but I can live with it.Congrats on your loss and enjoy the journey.
