Well here I am all shiny, fresh and ready to take on the world or at least one day as it comes on the Induction phaze

Looking forward to cutting out the copulous amounts of coffee I drink per day too, think I'll be having mahussive headaches this week - am I safe to take painkillers if they get too intense??

Well, I've always had a ''Yo-Yo'' effect with my weight & dieting, although I tend to manage it reasonably well, I'd like for it to be more controlled at all times and have embarked on this new journey.

    Wish me luck.

Hi rainbow and welcome. If you yo-yo then the way to really succeed is to face that fact that this is going to be a lifelong choice, not a temporary correction. That's the only way to keep it off.

Welcome and good luck. You can take pain killers if you really need to -- but the headache should only last a day or two....

Make sure your eating the proper foods and in the correct amounts - look at the induction area for more help. Drink at least 64 oz of pure water daily and exercise.

        Good luck to you.
