I am on my 5 day of Induction. I did Atkins before and lost 40 pounds. I let some people talk me out of it because of "heart attacks".:no I then blindly went to weight watchers and GAINED all the weight back. Now I am going to stick to Atkins because it is what works for ME. I look forward to getting to know everyone! :wave

Welcome to the board and back to Atkins. I too have found that it's the only plan that works for me and one that I can live with.
