Hi All,
My name is Mike and I am new here on the forum and starting induction today ......for the second time.
I did Atkins about six years ago. I lost about 50lbs and felt great the whole time. My biggest mistake was I stuck the whole time on Induction and never moved on to different levels. When I reached my goal weight I stopped Atkins and went back to my "normal" diet which resulted in predictable weight gain. I never took the time to learn and approach low-carb as a lifestyle change.
I humbly admit my mistake and am back. This time I will move through all the phases.
It is nice to be here,
Mike
