here i am ready to lose fifty pounds or so and i am down 15 give or take the time of day and i am bored. bored with my diet and looking to cheat-i have become a master of rationalization...my inner monologue says things like, 'it is good to cheat here and there-you will prevent your body from getting used to ketosis' and 'have a few cocktails and some pasta this weekend, just don't go overboard.'
i hate that i live for food. or that it makes me so very happy (short term, anyhow) anyways, i am trying to stay on extended induction to get a bulk of the weight out of the way. i came here to procrastinate (i have a quite large paper to write) and to find the inspiration to keep it together...and for some new food ideas. everyone here seems just lovely-i hope to become a helpful healthy part of this forum.
