Hi my name is Tuesday, Im 31 and have always been thin up until 23. I got married and started drinking and not caring about my weight. I was always 125-135 during my late teens college years. I was never larger than a size 9 and now Im a 16/17. I started Atkins on Monday and have lost 7 pounds. I have a goal of weighing 145 by December 1st. I currently weigh as of today 207. I am 5' 6-1/2".

Welcome Tuesday. f you have not yet reads the book I suggest you do so because it is a great guide to doing Atkins the right way and will save you missteps along the way. Glad you found us here at ADBB.

hi and welcome -- hope all is going well for you -- if you have any questions just ask. Follow the plan the way it's written and you will have no problem achieving your goal.
The recipe sites are a helpful meal planning tool – just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with. Remember – if a food isn’t listed on the acceptable food list it doesn’t belong in your mouth – no exceptions!
