Re: Hello Everyone!
Hi Lileee, Looks like we will be starting this new walk on the same day. I'm planning a two egg omelet for breakfast, chicken for lunch and a steak for dinner. Expecting the best and certainly wishing it for you.

Re: Hello Everyone!
I think you have the wrong book lilee - you need the one that is copyrighted (the first time) in 2002. You have the 1992 edition there.
Start one meal at a time.
Good luck

Hi and welcome --
Here is a great link for information you'll need getting started: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...tion-faqs.html
The recipe sites are a helpful meal planning tool – just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with. Remember – if a food isn’t listed on the acceptable food list it doesn’t belong in your mouth – no exceptions!

One of my favorite breakfast recipes is the mock danish (you won't believe your eating an egg!!) It is delicious (it's on the 2nd recipe link). Eggs & bacon, Steak & eggs, salad & chicken....all perfectly acceptable breakfast foods. Forget the cereal and milk -- eat something that will stick with you!!
Good luck to you.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily
